Breaking Changes

From the very first release of Koinonein BitTorrent Client on occasions when updating it was necessary to change the database so you would lose all your settings and have to add all your torrents back again and v4.0.0.0 is one of these occasions however the database issue is resolved now so this is the last time that you will have to start afresh after an update.
Before installing v4.0.0.0 if you select each of your torrents and then go to the Info Tab then scroll to the bottom and select Get Torrent File then you can easily add back the torrents to v4.0.0.0.
If you are a licensed customer then go to Settings > License then click Deactivate otherwise you will need to deactivate from your online account before you can activate v4.0.0.0.

EULA Updated

The Koinonein BitTorrent Client EULA has been updated to reflect new licensing changes.
In summary Koinonein BitTorrent Client is now free to use for non profit use with the option to hold a separate license for commercial use and for threat analysis and anti virus services.

Updates Improved

The update options now have Update To Beta Version added and the overall behaviour of the way updates are delivered has changed.


IP Information

Settings > Bandwidth > IP Information has been improved and offers more insight into your reported IP address
